Introduction to Media Studies.
Hello, my name is Danielle Sigrist, I attend Fort Lauderdale High School, and I am in the tenth grade. I am going for my Cambridge diploma and may get to complete it by the end of this year if I do well on all of my AICE exams. I chose to take this class because I was looking for something that seemed fun and interesting to learn about, and since I love watching movies I thought it would be interesting to learn about them. I am very excited to learn about what goes into making and publishing movies because the average person really only watches the final product of a movie. I believe film and television has a large impact on a lot of peoples lives, especially now since streaming platforms like Netflix and Hulu make film and television right at our finger tips and so easy to watch. Outside of school I enjoy going out with my friends, playing sports, and of course watching movies and television shows.
