Editing my Gatorade Commercial

I have completed the filming process of my Gatorade commercial, now it is time to edit my commercial. I have dumped all of my film on to my laptop, and imported it into imovie. I during this process I had to add music and edit the film so the commercial would make sense. I first put all of the clips in order of how I want them to be shown in the commercial. I had to edit a few clips to make sure that the clips would be able to make sense. A problem I ran into while editing the clips was timing since the commercial had to be thirty seconds, I added some clips to the commercial. I also had issues with sound, since there was noise in the background of my scenes. At first I didn't know what to do about the sound in to background of my scenes, however I learned that I could turn down the sound of the video clips. However this brought about a new challenge when editing my commercial. The new challenge is that I wasn't able to add any music or sound to the scenes of my commercial.  I tried multiple ways to try to add music to my commercial, like turning the volume up 50% on the scene, which didn't work. I also wasn't able to convert the video into an mp3 at first because the website wasn't working. Overall the sound wasn't working in my favor and I was starting to get frustrated with editing. Then I found a way to get a video to convert to an mp3 file to download onto my computer, however I still couldn't add sound to my commercial. I later added the file directly to the commercial, and it worked, so now I have sound to my commercial. I had to trim the audio to fit into my commercial, and line it up with the scenes. The music in the background is now in the commercial, which now adds a mood to the commercial. I had to later trim some scenes now so that I can make the commercial as long as it needs to be. I had to trim down the final scene so that I wouldn't go over my time limit. I completed editing my commercial together, so now it looks like a full completed commercial for Gatorade.
